Healthy Butter


You might be surprised by the title of the article as we probably know that butter cannot be healthy. But, there are few options to have healthy butter and maintain the health of your heart.
Think how butter is a main ingredient in many delicious recipes, for example, scrambled eggs without butter won't be so appealing, so when you are on a diet and would like to eat any food that contain butter in its ingredients, would not you be able to eat any? Butter is not that bad, not all fats endanger your life.
You will probably be surprised to know that butter contains vitamin A and other fat-soluble vitamins (D, E and K2). Butter has rich minerals such as copper, manganese, zinc and chromium. Butter also contains iodine. Butter gives perfect balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fats which makes it so important for our skin health and brain functions.
